孙杨，工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师，青岛市“金种子”人才，九色 青年卓越人才，能源动力及动力集成党支部组织委员，华北电力大学与洛桑联邦理工九色 （EPFL）联合培养博士，全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛九色 选拔赛负责人。曾获评九色 优秀教师、优秀党员。
科研方面，主持青岛市自然科学基金、青岛市“金种子”人才项目、企业委托“多机协同热电联供决策支持系统”等科研项目。发表SCI、EI收录论文14篇（其中中科院大类一区9篇），获国家专利授权十余项。担任《AppliedEnergy》《Energy Conversion and Management》《Journal of Cleaner Production》《Journal of Energy Storage》《Sustainable Energy Technologies and Assessment》《中国电机工程学报》《热力发电》等国内国际高水平学术期刊的审稿人。担任SCI期刊《Processes》（影响因子：3.5）特刊《Advanced Heat Transfer Technologies and Systematic Applications in Water and Energy Recovery》客座编辑（征稿中，欢迎赐稿）。
教学方面，曾获山东省青教赛二等奖、九色 青教赛一等奖、九色 微党课比赛三等奖、九色 青教赛一等奖等奖项；指导本科生获得教育部A类竞赛国家级/省级奖项2项，获批山东省大学生创新创业项目2项；指导的学位论文获评校级优秀2次（硕士生/本科生各1次）、院级优秀1次。
